    CAREERS

WE'VE GROWN INTO THE COUNTRY'S BIGGEST AND MOST SUCCESSFUL HEALTHCARE ADVERTISING AGENCY, AND THAT SUCCESS IS BASED ON A SIMPLE FACT: WE RECRUIT EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLE

Langland is a top fifty UK advertising agency. The IPA ranks us as the country's number one creative agency in healthcare. And this year we received our inaugural Best Companies accreditation. All in all, we've worked hard to become the UK's biggest and most successful healthcare advertising agency. Arguably, we're also its brightest, blending consumer marketing talent with medical intelligence and insight to help us lead this challenging market.

Agency life is founded on four simple values: Be Yourself, Be Together, Be Brave, Be Better. This simple philosophy helps us build creative, confident teams that have, in turn, enhanced our own reputation as a place where people want to come and work. As an independent agency, you can expect a higher degree of autonomy and greater entrepreneurial emphasis. This gives people the freedom they need to do what they do best with rapid career progression and reward for high achievers.

Much attention has also been given to our working environment, the result of an intensive collaboration with architects and interior designers. The Quadrant offices are purpose-built to provide space that's conducive to creative thought and collaboration, rivalling even the slickest of London agencies.

A career at Langland also offers the opportunity to keep learning with both internal and external training programmes. Internally, for example, our MasterClass course gives practical on-the-job coaching from the agency's most experienced people. Whilst externally, we sponsor a variety of courses, including CIM, pharma industry PRiME and D&AD.

Of course, it's not all work and Langland has always enjoyed a strong sense of community. Our Social Committee organises events throughout the year as well as running the bar that brings people together for Five O'Clock Fridays, our weekly chance to unwind and start the weekend with a few friendly drinks.

We're always happy to hear from bright, talented people. If you think you've got something special to offer, please send us your CV, along with a covering letter telling us why you'd like to work at Langland.
